Welcome to AutoHueLab By using the AutoHueLab website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for every vehicle that enters our studio. If you do not agree to these Terms, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our website or services. AutoHueLab is where precision meets personality — and every paint job starts with trust. 2. Services Overview AutoHueLab provides custom automotive paintwork, color restoration, body panel refinishing, touch-ups, protective coatings, and full vehicle resprays. We serve both individual vehicle owners and commercial clients. Specific services may vary depending on your location and vehicle model. Each project is assessed in person before work begins to ensure accurate scope and pricing. 3. Booking and Consultations All paintwork requires either an in-person consultation or online booking request. You agree to provide complete and accurate vehicle information. Estimates are based on visible damage and desired finish but may be revised upon inspection. A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or job. 4. Paint Matching and Color Variance While AutoHueLab uses industry-grade tools to match factory and custom shades, minor color variations may occur due to age, wear, or previous repair history. We will always advise you of potential differences before applying any finish. By proceeding with service, you acknowledge and accept this technical reality of automotive paintwork. 5. Pricing and Payment Pricing is determined by surface area, paint type, prep complexity, and number of coats required. You will receive a written estimate prior to service. In rare cases where unexpected body damage or rust is discovered during prep, additional charges may apply. Full payment is due upon vehicle pickup. We accept major cards and bank transfers. Custom orders and rare pigments may require advance payment. 6. Turnaround and Vehicle Storage Standard turnaround times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on job complexity. Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed. A daily storage fee may apply for unclaimed vehicles. We are not responsible for items left inside vehicles. Please remove all valuables before drop-off. 7. Warranty and Limitations AutoHueLab offers a limited warranty on workmanship and paint adhesion for a period specified in your final invoice. This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by accidents, weather, or improper maintenance Third-party mechanical or body repairs affecting the painted area Vandalism or chemical exposure (e.g., acid rain, bird droppings) Customers must follow all post-paint care guidelines provided at pickup. 8. Liability While we take exceptional care of every vehicle, AutoHueLab is not liable for pre-existing defects, mechanical issues unrelated to our work, or undisclosed aftermarket parts that affect the painting process. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will notify you immediately and offer an appropriate resolution. All work is performed by certified technicians using approved industry procedures. 9. Intellectual Property All content on the AutoHueLab website, including photos, videos, logos, and copywriting, is owned by AutoHueLab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Customers may request to have their vehicle excluded from public portfolio materials. We’re proud of every paint job — but respect your privacy, too. 10. Privacy Policy Personal information collected during booking (such as your name, contact information, and vehicle details) is used strictly for communication, service execution, and internal records. We never sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law. More details are available in our Privacy Policy. 11. Changes to These Terms AutoHueLab reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
